of 2020! Please look at the events we have coming up soon. We are looking for

Woollybear Parking
Woollybear Festival 2019 will be
held on October 6th this year. We have one of our largest fundraising opportunities,
offering parking at the school district lots. In order for this to be a
successful event we will need quite a few parent helpers. We are
asking for 2-3 hr shifts and will need people from 9:00 - 5:00. Duties will
include collecting money, directing traffic and helping to coordinate
a smooth shuttle service. (Lucy Idol Center will again be supplying us
with shuttles and drivers.)
Parade Route Beverage Sales
We received permission to sell pop and water along the parade route from 1:00-3:30. Students will walk the parade route with coolers or wagons and sell pop and water. We need a few parents that are willing to sit at various refill stations to help students to refill coolers as needed. Michelle Herchler has graciously offered her yard as one of the stations. If there are any others, please let us know. We are also asking all seniors to donate a case of pop or water to sell during the parade, you can drop these off at the Herchler house, 5539 South Street. (Please place donations by the side door.) NOTE: **Students can receive community service hours for volunteering to sell pop and water!**
Home Football Lottery Tree
The Athletic Department has given
us permission to run a lottery raffle at the Friday night home football
games. We are looking for parents to sell tickets at each of the
remaining football games. Parents that volunteer to sell tickets, will get free
entry into the game. We will offer 100 raffle tickets for $5.00 each, for a
chance to win $100 in scratch offs. We will announce the winning ticket
at halftime of each game. The dates of remaining home games are: September 27, October 11, October 18, and October
25th
