2012-2013 LUNCH PRICE INFORMATION

In compliance with new regulations in the Healthy, Hunger Free Kids act of 2010, the Vermilion Schools will update breakfast and lunch prices for the 2012-2013 school year. The interim rule entitled, “National School Lunch Program: School Food Service Account Revenue Amendments Related to the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010” requires school districts participating in the National School Lunch Program to ensure sufficient funds are provided to the school food service accounts for lunches served to students not eligible for free or reduced price meals.
BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PRICES FOR 2012-2013 WILL BE:
Breakfast – all schools - $1.40
Student Lunch – Vermilion Elementary School - $2.25
Student Lunch – Sailorway Middle School - $2.40
Student Lunch – Vermilion High School - $2.40
Adult Lunch – all buildings - $3.00
Parents who participate in online payments will receive Bonus Bucks on their account as follows:
Payments of $20.00 to $34.99 2% Bonus Bucks
Payments of $35.00 to $49.99 3% Bonus Bucks
Payments of $50.00 and up 5% Bonus Bucks
