To register your child for school, you need to download, print and fill in the four forms below:
Internet Access (Acceptable Use Policy) Form in PDF format
Administration of Medication at School
If your child needs to alter their bus route please fill out and fax back the form below:
Computer / Laptop Use Guidelines and Procedures, with Use Agreement
Student Extra-Curricular Activity Participation - Rules and Regulations
Student Activity Guide - required for participation in all travel activities
