The Vermilion Board of Education meets in regular session on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM at Vermilion High School, 1250 Sanford Street, Vermilion, Ohio. 

The Board retains the right to change the date, time, or location of the regular meeting as needed. The Board may also schedule special meetings when necessary to conduct the business of the Board.

Each meeting of the Board of Education is in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated on the agenda.
