Patrick Anders, Franky Lian, Scarlett Oliver and Richard Woodward were awarded several scholarships from the Erie County Foundation yesterday. The Erie County Foundation scholarship funds are established by individuals and organizations.These scholarship donors make pursuing a post secondary education more attainable for all Erie County high school students.

Vermilion High School is pleased to offer a Digital Academy for students, grades 8-12 for the 2023-2024 school year. The Digital Academy aims to provide an alternative learning option for students who thrive as online learners (see 5 Traits and Habits of Successful Online Learners) and benefit from a flexible schedule and a self-paced curriculum.

Vermilion High School will offer a 3-week summer school session to all VHS students needing credit recovery or who would like to complete a required elective in either Health and/or Financial Literacy. The summer school session will run from June 12 - June 29, Monday - Thursday, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. There will be no summer school session on Monday, June 19. Coursework will be completed through the online learning platform, Edgenuity with the oversight of VHS teachers. All students will be required to attend in person and provided with a school laptop. Transportation and snacks will also be provided with more details to follow. To register your student, please complete this Google form no later than Friday, May 26. Upon receipt of your student's registration, you will receive an email containing all necessary information.
