Career Connections class - School Counselors and administration try to get all 8th grade students into our Career Connections class; students will start/continue to think about their future by learning about their RIASEC score, their career interests and what they might like to do in the future; |

College and Career Readiness |
During the first semester, 8th grade students visit EHOVE Career Center for an introduction to their programs and offerings. Classroom lessons, including but not limited to Career Connections, are woven into the 8th grade curriculum through push-in lessons from the school counselor based on student needs and student feedback. |
Individual Meetings with Counselor, Course Selection and Planning |
Individual appointments can be made with students and/or parents to address academic, career and personal issues as needed. School counselors deliver information regarding high school graduation requirements and recommendations for graduation planning through class meetings, classroom lessons, and a course request classroom visit. |

Programs and information nights throughout the school year include Navigation Night, Conference Nights where counselors are available, College Credit Plus Information NIght, Financial Aid and Scholarship nights, Graduation Plan meetings with parents in grades 9-12 |
